The inn Zakapior is located in the centre of Polańczyk (see more) in the middle of the Bieszczady Mountains on the shore of the Solina Lake. Mr. Adam Radwański the owner of the inn opened it on May 1, 2008. He is the passionate about the Bieszczady culture. In addition to traditional home dishes, the guests can find there dishes of the ancient inhabitants of this land. Meals are made according to the original Lemko and Boyko rules and recipes. The natural ingredients harvested from Bieszczady meadows and forests like nettle, horseradish and wild garlic are used to make the dishes. Zakapior inn was one of the first inns which was included in the culinary trail "Podkarpackie flavors". The inn has also got GoToCarpatia certificate. The Zakapior inn is open all the year. It has 80 seats in winter and 140 seats in summer. The owner and people who work there conduct active cultural activities by organizing meetings and performances of various interesting people.
